No it's not. It's called Drill Break. The Japanese name of Dudunsparce's signature move, Hyper Drill, is ハイパードリル, or Hyper Drill.

I don't think there's no proof but yeah it definitely seems that way. Especially since the artist just says "McDonalds France" instead of crediting a real artist. Either way, that sucks!!

Swallow Return / つばめがえし is Aerial Ace. Also that's an interesting spin on the good ol Bibarel / Octillery ability. It's a stage 2 though so idk.
