Wailord is great in the hands of the right player. Some players try to be too aggressive with it. If you are ok with having a bad vespiquen and greninja matchup and don't fall asleep at how boring it is to play, it's a perfect deck.

Miltank/Vileplume. You don't even need VS seekers. This is assuming there is no shaymin. Wobbuffet/bats comes close but I think is a bit over the mark.

This deck outspeeds both. It is lightning fast. It has made several top 32's at regionals. I'm debating playing it myself.
