Leveling Up is not evolving. BTS only affects the ability to evolve. Since Leveling Up =/= evolving, BTS does not allow you to Level up quicker. Edit: Mega ninja'd. Anyway, darkrai master777, if you are not certain... do not post.

To clarify, any effects of attacks are finished before the turn ends. The effect of placing Uxie under the deck along with any cards attached to it has to happen before your turn ends, thus you put Uxie under before the PlusPowers have a chance to be discarded. The same applies to Starmie...

Clarifying, Pikachu is now an Evolved Pokemon. Being an Evolved Pokemon gets around Mewtwo Lv. X's Poke-Body, so you can attack Mewtwo Lv. X.

Scans are not an acceptable form of translation. You must print out the Card-Dex page for the card you wish to use.

Rare Candy does not bypass the Body. And I have the Lv. X ruling in there as well so I cover that before anyone even thinks to ask. :P

The card specifically says that you can only use Rare Candy on a Basic Pokemon. :/ Anyway, question answered, lock-y.
