I agree that this is one of the more tricky areas. For all we know it could be something gimmicky, like the combination moves in triple battles. Or even dual attacks might be unique to a certain gimmick Pokémon. Perhaps a kind of Ditto/Castform/Zoroark of the 6th gen. I suppose one...
