Actually, rotation will probably be in April because it takes 2 weeks for the set to become legal. Last time it was April 14th and the set came out March 31st.

Fighting weakness is bad in the current meta. Also, doesn't hit anything for weakness as a colorless so you have to maximize with Choice Band and/or Kukui. That doesn't help against good non-GX fighting hitters like Passimian or the new Lycanroc dusk form.
