PokeBeach’s June 2019 PTCGO Tournament, Sponsored by TCGplayer.com!

I wouldn't call it an exact replacement, and it's not affiliated with Pokebeach anymore, but I am running another PTCGO tournament for IRL prizes. I thought I had already sent you details, but if not, please feel free to PM and I'll be happy to share.

PokeBeach’s June 2019 PTCGO Tournament, Sponsored by TCGplayer.com!

Hi guys, As best I can tell, few players if any have received prizes from April or from June. WPM asked me to return to try my hand at sorting this out, as I have had more success getting prizing out in my tournaments than Pokemedic had in his. This afternoon, I reached out to TCGPlayer to...

'Hidden Fates,' Special Set Releasing in America This August!

$50 for ten packs AND the stained glass card AND all the normal ETB extras? That's actually a pretty good deal!

    Discussion Post Rotation Meta predictions

It has varied from zero up to 3. Lost March sets up fairly easily with P Comm, lots of pokemon, Elms, and the Emolga engine. Having your opponent essentially play a Cynthia on you early on can actually be quite helpful. And by late game, you are already set up to take OHKOs, so you don't need...

    Discussion Post Rotation Meta predictions

That would be the case if you didn't change anything about the deck. That's why the deck has to change though. I'll be doing a video soon on the LV5 Channel over a couple of the options that can make it work. They even beat current format meta decks at least as often as not. And reset stamp is...

    Discussion Post Rotation Meta predictions

Lost March is actually a lot better post rotation. I don't like Altavilla's list all that much, but with some tweaks it can end up in a pretty good place.

    Discussion They Took our Balls!!!

How has no one mentioned Nidoqueen? Sure, it's a stage 2 line, but it's searchable with Mysterious Treasure and then it lets you get pokemon of your choice out every turn, as an ability on a non-GX.

Help Prize changing cards after rotation

It's not general-use at all, but Beast Ball does this in a very specific way.

PokeBeach’s May 2019 PTCGO Tournament, Sponsored by TCGplayer.com!

In the interest of letting people play T8 matches before NAIC, I am going to go ahead and rule here. Anyone in T8 (even those who moved on to T4 after already playing their matches) can send me an updated decklist. It doesn't matter if you are effected directly by the bugs or not; the meta...

PokeBeach’s May 2019 PTCGO Tournament, Sponsored by TCGplayer.com!

Due to the bugs introduced with the latest update on PTCGO, I am issuing a one week extension for top cut, in hopes that everything is working properly by that point in time. If all the same problems still exist in a week, then we will adjust at that point.

Tournament May 2019 PTCGO Tournament Pairings

Round 7! For most, this is the end of the road. For a select few, this is the last step before fighting it out to see exactly how big a piece of the prize pool you end up with. It has been a pleasure running tournaments for you guys over the last year or so. Once the Pokebeach tournaments wind...
