I am very unique. I look like one of those girls who listens to normal music because I'm a very happy and optimistic person. And then people get to know me and are shocked to find out that I'm a metalhead and I love rock and metal music. I'd rather listen to Five Finger Death Punch and Papa Roach than Justin Bieber and One Direction any day.

Many people also find it hard to believe that I'm a gamer, but I am a true gamer girl. I could sit and play Skyrim or Pokemon all day without eating or taking any breaks. No joke. And I'd rather play a video game than read a book.

Now that you all think I'm a closet emo or pothead, I'll tell you that I play the violin and I absolutely adore animals. Playing romantic music and other beautiful music with my violin makes me feel so happy, and I've been playing it for 8 years. My dream job would be a surrogate mother for any member of the big cat family who has lost their mother and needs someone to take care of them. I'd want nothing more than to watch a baby cheetah cub walk around in my house and have me watch it all day.

So you might also be pleased to hear that I am majoring in Biology in college, but my concentration isn't Zoology or Animal Behavior like you might think. My concentration is actually Molecular Biology/Genetics with a minor in Biochemistry. While I'd love to play with a baby cheetah all day, I'm also very interested in genetics and I'd love to analyze people's DNA and tell them what genetic disorders they carry and what other genes they could possibly inherit to their children. I would help increase adoption rates (if the couple decides not to take their chances in having their child inherit a disorder they carry) and make children all around the world happy. I'd want nothing more than that. And THAT is why my concentration is in Molecular Biology/Genetics with a minor in Biochemistry.
