Zard ex has been printed in series 4, 5 and 6, which makes it very common for a stamp promo. The popular ones that have only been printed in once are expensive. Only time will tell if Pikachu and the Eeveelutions get printed multiple times.

TPC likes leaving most of the overnumbered cards for people to find out when they're pulled instead of revealing them early

We have never gotten a Gym Promos in English this fast so it was very a very likely outcome. Moonlit Hill also got postponed for a long time. The Gym Promo was released on July 2023 while the English one was released on January 2024 in Paldean Fates.

Why? If you have a chase card you’re more likely to find it in a dual set than a combined one.
