I think the water reflection is cool, plus a great dynamic angle, just not quite what you call a perfect art... similarly, not my taste, but a different pokemon with the same artist would be amazing.

I think that the artist may be Akira Egawa, due to having done the last 2 Charizard SIRs, which were received very well. They seem to be in contacts, since they did an art in Journey Together....
