Naganandel is not horrible for this deck, but a 4-4 is a little excessive IMO. You don't have any way of shifting the energies you pull from the discard onto Naganandel to your other Pokemon. I'd suggest a 2-2 Naganandel and a 2-2 Quagsire rather than 4-4 Naganadel, so you can move the energies...

I haven't had much issue with the energy, usually a grass energy can make up for the deficit. @NaganadelIsBeast 's suggestion of replacing the PokeNavs with Acro Bikes I really like though, chance to discard an energy always helps with this deck.
