    If I attach Holon's Magneton to a Pokemon, can I return Holon's Magneton back to my hand with its effect? If this was Magic, the wording 'when' would imply that Magneton was already attached when you have to return an energy. Is this the case here?

    Ruling Scoop Up (Base) on Pokemon LEGEND

    Can I use Scoop Up on a LEGEND? The thing that is confusing is the wording "choose 1 of your Pokemon" and "return the basic". Coincidentally, how does Scoop Up work with stage 2 Pokemon put into play with Archie's Ace? (edits: Adding images properly and formatting)
