The ability can be blocked if it’s in your hand and you have ability lock in play. I don’t think standard has anything that blocks abilities from hand at the moment but in expanded you’d be able to evolve from hand if either wobbuffet is in the active spot or garbotoxin is in effect.

Garbotoxin does if you’re evolving from hand, same with Wobbuffet because they remove abilities from hand.

Only way you could bypass this is if you’re in expanded and have wobb in the active spot, and manually evolve from hand

That’s more of a skill issue though which is inherent for all TCGs. Learning how to play the actual game itself isn’t hard.

Same. Trode and Tinachomp have been issues for years now and they purposely neglected it despite being fully aware of it. Compressor is another card you can make the case for too.

The fact that Japan didn’t include Compressor, Tinachomp, and Electrode is pretty sketchy tbh. Those cards have been problematic for years now and they had an opportunity to make the format healthier by at least including those but they didn’t.

Someone got the cards early but the last ace spec is maximum belt and it lets you do +50 to Pokémon-ex.

Flutter Mane is actually really good for decks that struggle against Wobb Stall or Wobb in general. This is a must have for Regidrago VSTAR which struggles a lot against it.
