Thanks :) I use just normal acryllics, there pretty cheap ones (less than $2 each) from a local store near me in the UK. I find that it stiffens it up when you use too much on the surface. I have put three layers on before on the combee's yellow and its still holding up well :) Yeah permanent...

Thank you for all your comments, they are very much appreciated! I have just uploaded 2 new mats to the front post, check them out :) And I get the paint to stay because it stains the mat and I spray an acryllic varnish on top to stop it fading for longer. Thanks!

For mine I just buy a blank, white play mat and paint it with acrylics :) Is that how you did yours doublea?
