We all know that claydoll will prolly be ruled out of the new format in september, and i know you as me have been asking how will we draw cards from now on, it might be late but i just saw scans of the new megnezone from the next set and is reads: Magnezone (Prime) - Lightning - HP 140 Stage...

Because it's easier to get those cards in a theme deck then in boosters, and it wouldn't be fair to the people who gets then in boosters

Well i want to know why don't we have a sideboard rule in pokemon. For those who doesn't know what sideboard is i will try to explain. Sideboard consist in a group of card(15 in magic/10 in yugioh) that can be used to help you against the metagame and thus reducing the randomness of the game...
