I played Jirachi in the Regionals and never used it once. There were only about 2 times where I might have been able to, but their evolved Pokemon didn't have any damage. Most of the time I was facing Durants or EXs. I'm considering removing it from the deck.

What do you think about adding a Shaymin EX and a couple of prism energies? (or Rainbows)? That Revenge Blast that Shaymin EX does can be quite nasty near the end of the game if the opponent has had some luck against you (like has happened to me). I haven't added him yet, just thinking about it...

RE: Northern California Regional Championships I love my Victini. I think he's about 50-50, which is darn good for him. One time, he knocked out 5 Pokemon IN A ROW! It was awesome.

I read Twilight and it was ok. The first and last ones were probably the best of the series. I liked the Kane Chronicles, but I'm an Ancient Egypt nut. I also voted for the Harry Potter series. I have not finished the Paolini series so I can't comment on them.

We're hoping to make at least one and possibly three of these. I am glad to see we aren't having two per weekend like pre-releases and Battle Roads. That gets to be a lot of Pokemon! But I need to get some more NV cards first!!

The new NV card, Lampent: has an attack called "Luring Light": "Switch the Defending Pokemon with 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokemon." Does this mean I get to pick which of the Benched Pokemon get switch up?
