To answer in order, Pokemon* aren't really that easy to get. Usually they some 1 to every 1-3 boxes. Pokemon* are always basic, no matter what it is in standard form. Charizard's job is done better by 3 other Pokemon* and many ex's.

Where can you see the Pokemon's stats?

Maybe a 3-1 Bellossom/d(or straight 4, but Bell d is for Fire), a 2-2 line of Muk(LM), and 1 Roselia with 4 Jirachi and the Holon Engine. Throw in 1-2 Roots, and use Green Dance to pull what you need from your deck and switch with Muk.
