Hi yes you are forgetting the net part of "net neutral". It basically means nothing has really tipped my read on him one way or the other It's mostly the same stuff thats been hammered in regarding the slot and with Cel=town being a thing they look much worse

From my backread of day 1 with cel town in mind FL's vote seems rather oppurnistic Mega is no longer in my town core (was mainly basing this off of cel/mega scum team was a gut shot I was willing to go with) BB is net neutral, some things looks a tad worse but a lot of things seem better. Still...

It was an RVS joke vote that I hadn't bothered moving as nobody really warranted voting from my POV. As of Cel's recent posting I am more than happy to keep it there as it's absolutely horrid
