Lots of Nintendo games, like Zelda and Mario, have been going strong for about 25 years. Pokémon just rounded its 15 year mark, and it's already extremely successful. As long as it doesn't get ahead of itself, I can see it going for a very long time.
My most memorable moment is probably how my two friends BOTH caught a shiny Golbat on SoulSilver and I caught a shiny Quagsire on HeartGold. The memorable part is that it all happened at Mt. Silver (especially considering all the places you can find Golbat in that game).

Yakkov, At least you were lucky enough to get Hydreigon. The only good thing I got at my prerelease was Eviolite which I traded for a Pachi. If I'm there tomorrow I'll be interested in helping you test/modify it. I just wish our Cities weren't in two weeks. I don't want to wait that long!
