Pikachu has been without Metal Resistance during the BW Era of the TCG, it was only in the XY Set that the Lightning types got their metal Resistance back. Maybe they are losing Metal Resistance again to help the Metal types become more useful (just like Lightning types will become more useful as evidenced by the fact that Sobble has Lightning Weakness instead of Grass Weakness).

Looks like the Japanese promo designation will be S-P for Swish? I guess I like that better than the English SWSH.
