New Roxeanne Retro Promo Releasing for Japan’s Extra Battle Day Tournaments!

A new alternate artwork version of Roxanne from 2022's Astral Radiance will release with an old Sword & Shield card template! It's as if the card comes from 2022. However, it's still numbered as a Scarlet & Violet promo.
The promo will be a participation prize for Japan's Extra Battle Day tournaments, which use the Expanded format.

Pokemon needs to make a mini-set which just contains all the internationally unreleased cards from China and Japan. After a few more years, there will probably be enough material for it.
