Most people see a Slowbro with a blaster.

I see an unhinged Slowbro that a tower sniper Inteleon has in the crosshairs.

Depending on the retreat cost this could be used in Toxtricity decks to use as a pivot.

"Stranding Shot" obviously makes it so your opponent's active can't retreat. It's a dark type so it'll definitely be a consideration in Eternatus, and stopping a Vmax or Tag Team from retreating while setting up damage for a 3-prize KO next turn is definitely a good use for this. Switch is played a lot right now so it may not see a ton of play this next format but it's definitely a possibility for the future.
this is a bad card :(
It's really not. Toxitricity and Eternatus could make good use of this.

well that didn't take long from showing the new pokemon in the DLC, to us having our first card of them.

They really need to stop positioning the cards diagonally with part of the effect obscured by promotional text. Either blank out the entirety of the card's effects for a surprise reveal later (like how Yu-Gi-Oh does sometimes) or show the full card.

Nah this is fun, more of a teaser / food for speculation, like when the sly dogs at TPCi blurred Solgaleo and Lunalas attack costs as a red herring to distract us from the fact that the evolution window was also blocked and it turned out they were Stage 2s!!

Nah the jumbos before the set came out purposely hid their types, stage and attack cost etc

Not really, Eternatus Vmax gains a new toy.
Both of them have better partners in Garbodor since he can poison from the bench if there is a stadium in play. However this card could combo with Toxicroak depending on the side effect of the attack.

It depends what the attack does. If it’s high damage, it might not be bad. Also an alternative to Garbodor for Toxtricity Vmax. I like the art as well.

I rather use Garbodor as an option. It poisons the opponent as a bench-sitter. Expect on Turn 2, your bench is full at that state. Its very rare that their bench was full on turns 3,4, or even 5. Turn 2 270 dmg
