Creatures Opens Official Instagram Account to Promote TCG Artwork

Back in January, Creatures launched a new Japanese Instagram account called “Poke_Ca_Artlife.” The account posts illustrations from the entire history of the card game along with observations about the artwork. Creatures says this is for highlighting the “charm of the Pokemon world” through the TCG’s illustrators. Usually, the art is posted without card text.

It'd be good for people to archive these. Japanese have a very different approach/philosophy to the internet, and just because they've put something up doesn't mean they won't take it down and keep it taken down.

You're technically not allowed to share any of the art provided during last year's Illustration Exhibition, as a result of the ToS you would've agreed to to be able to access the site – no such caveats here, as no ToS is required to be able to access Instagram.

This just makes me want an "all art" trading card set for Pokemon even more.
I would gladly buy those if they were the same price as normal packs but had no actual playability just to fill binders with all the lovely TCG art.

Get in line. I want that with blastoise, zapdos, and some other of my favorite pokemon. Yugioh too, all the dark magician fusion!!!! And, the most important of all and everyone agrees with me: THE WAIFU CARDS!!!!

I thought it was a nerd joke, but that's speculation. If it is a reference to sex, then two words: RIDICULOUSLY STUPID!

Today I learned that the transparent image of a Pokemon ex continues into the attack area. Wouldn't have noticed without the textless version on Instagram.
