Its not much better than lass, at the most you maybe able to draw 1-3 cards, most opponnents are conservative enough to not put a ton of pokemon at once, reducing the effectiveness. better of using copycat, cynthia, or some other draw rather than this. Some types of decks this is useful against is zoroarks.

They could be conservative, but good luck trying to do that without hurting your own playing, and a lot of decks do need a full or near full bench to function like aforementioned Zoroark or Malamar or decks with the new LT Naganadel.

Yes and was more usable during that time which is why it was in bulu and mega gardevoir decks. But now its early game ultra ball fodder

But I wasn't talking about regular Necrozma at all...? I'd still argue that Ultra Necrozma is better due to multipliers. Ultra Necrozma hits better numbers, for less and with more HP. It's 100% better than Necrozma and Latias and Latios, who cares about the Metal? If you're that desperate then use Rainbow Brush.

i think its because Pokémon is aimed at children in japan so they probly decided that he should look younger so kids could identify and look up to or be impressed by him more. "look brocks so cool hes like me! and has a gym! i wanna be like that! (so i'll beg my mom to buy me more Pokémon stuff)" and so on etc

In the wise words of my 6 year old niece when she first watched Pokemon: "Why doesn't the brown boy have any eyes?"
