Blaziken Revealed from ‘Champion Road!’

Blaziken has just been revealed from Champion Road! It is a remake of the Blaziken from EX Ruby and Sapphire with more HP and higher damage! Champion Road will be released in Japan on May 3rd. Thanks goes to Bangiras for the translation!

Stage 2 – Evolves from Combusken

Ability: Firestarter
Once during your turn (before your attack), you may attach a [R] Energy card from your discard pile to 1 of your Benched Pokemon.

[R][C][C] Fire Stream: 90 damage. Discard a [R] Energy card attached to this Pokemon. This attack does 20 damage to each of your opponent’s Benched Pokemon. (Don’t apply Weakness or Resistance for Benched Pokemon.)

Resistance: none
Retreat: 2

There is no room for a Fire-type Blaziken-GX in Champion Road, but since the card is confirmed for our Celestial Maiden set, it’ll definitely be included in Charisma of the Wrecked Sky.
