‘Generations’ Elite Trainer Box! By: Water Pokémon Master Posted 5 years ago to TCG 36 comments As I hinted before on Twitter, the Mythical Pokemon Collections and Red & Blue Collections wouldn’t be the only way to get Generations booster packs this year. A new “Generations Elite Trainer Box” will be released within the coming months, though we can only confirm it will be released in France right now. It will come with ten Generations booster packs, a glossy promo Shaymin-EX, a pack of sleeves, Basic Energy, dice, Special Condition markers, and a booklet. Shaymin-EX was originally released in Japan on January 29th as part of a special “Pokekyun Collection Premium Set,” with Pokekyun Collection of course being the mini-set that became our second Radiant Collection within Generations. Unless TPCi plans to release Shaymin-EX some other way, it’s likely we’ll get the Elite Trainer Box here too since Shaymin is associated with Generations. Shaymin-EX – Grass – HP110 Basic Pokemon Ability: Thankful Aroma Once during your turn (before your attack), you may heal 20 damage from each Basic Pokemon on your Bench. [G][C][C] Flower Gain: 60 damage. Heal 20 damage from this Pokemon and remove all Special Conditions from it. When a Pokemon-EX has been Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards. Weakness: Fire (x2) Resistance: none Retreat: 2
Nice! As a Shaymin collector I'm glad to see there's a way to get an English version of the Pokekyun shaymin. Also, here's hoping the energy prints in there are the Generations prints and not the standard boring ones.
Ooh yes - I didn't think of that!! Energy prints!!! That's a tad exciting!!! I would love a set of generation energies!
I'm super excited to see if they are, cause I have my folder sectioned into types and an energy in the corner as a guide, but currently they're scattered between the Play! Pokémon holofoil and the standard ones (there are a few types with no P!P prints IIRC) but being able to have Generations for them all would be amazing!
If the sleeves are the same as in the Pokekyun collection, I will freaking die. I also hope that the box will have all of the characters from the booster artwork (pikachu, Charizard, blastoise, and venusaur)
That's because it is? Japan doesnt have Generations the way Eurpoe and America do, there's no product image for it yet.
Oh my Arcues , you all know how much I love Shaymin ( Land ). Must save MONEY . Need Shaymin. Artwork too cute to compehend. Also playable buying Lots.

i agree i really want a zapos the first pokemon i ever leveled to 100 was a Zapdos. So out of the Legendariy birds Zapdos and me made a Sparking team. ( Nailed the pun right ? )
Considering the report is about a product being released in France. Yes. Unlike Japanese boxes, I can't recall their being one released exclusively to Europe or North America. We may alter our releases slightly but we get the same products.
That's what I thought as well. Nevertheless, it's very strange that the french site of pokemon20.com is the first, and until now still only one that has announced the elite trainer box :/ Maybe I worry to much, but I need my MCharizard and MBlastoise EX's so bad
It's not unprecedented though. The last few sets' booster packs/decks have all been first revealed via European sites.
I am absolutely livid!!! Today is release day in sunny Australia for the Celebi and Charizzard boxes and nation wide no stores have recieved either product! At this time the distributor cannot confirm when the stores will recieve the product!

Yeah, first post here! The Jirachi could be a nice tech in Darkrai / Hypno sleep decks, and the artwork looks really cool! The pin looks pretty cool as well. I do like the color of the box. So... Blue.
I was only planning on getting Shaymin (July) and Keldeo (October) with them being my favourite Pokémons, but after seeing how pretty the Jirachi artwork is I'm sooo tempted (I don't normally buy products as opposed to just buying the cards generally as I'm not a big collector)
