Crobat Prerelease Promo for ‘Plasma Storm’

As expected, Crobat will be the prerelease promo for Plasma Storm. It is the same Crobat that appears in the set, but it has different artwork. The same promo was given out in Japan to fans who bought a box of Plasma Gale.
