Just overheard a kid say: "I have too many Pokémon cards! I literally throw them away, that's how much I have."
OK kid, I get that you're too young to sell stuff online, but maybe your family can host a garage sale or you can trade with friends or someone can mow your lawn or shovel snow and you can pay them in Pokémon cards or you can donate them to me.
No need to throw away your shiny Charizard GX bruh.

I was just giving suggestions on different ways the kid could get rid of his excessive cards. I hope he sees this!

Yes, some people stash bulk cards in boxes in a closet, but it's only a matter of time before they run out of space!

Ah. Knowing the context definitely helps me understand the situation better. My guess is he will probably come back with an adult or try selling the cards somewhere else. And yes, the people who use bulk boxes will need to dedicate more and more space to storage as time passes.
hot take: in ORAS, team aqua and team magma's goals are actually pretty good, especially compared to how they were in gen 3. their plans stem from problems humans irl face. basically team aqua wants to remove humans to resolve climate change and team magma wants to create more land for humanity to develop once they run out of what little land we have left, even if it endangers other life.

i feel the need to clarify that i know theyre bad people using bad methods and bad reasoning, im just saying that in ORAS their goals are reasonable but also extreme so we can suitably side against them because theyre doing it a bad way. in gen 3 their goals suck doe
I see Terapagos ex having 1 of 2 functions.
1. Search your deck for up to 3 basic Energy cards and attach them to your Tera ex Pokémon in any way you like. Then, shuffle your deck.
2. This Pokémon can use the attacks of any Tera ex Pokémon on your Bench or in your discard pile. (You still need the necessary Energy to use each attack.)
Caved in and made & played a Charizard ex deck five times. If people say this is somehow enjoyable, then we are cooked.
Pecharunt ex (or some variation of Evil Momotaro) being in SV6.5 now feels like a given due to the Loyal Three IRs being in the IR Special Set, but what about those 2 ex Special Sets?
Two Theories:
A. If SV7 comes with cards Stellar Miracle AND Paradise Dragona, it could be like Obsidian Flames, which released here 2 weeks after Japan got it.
B. Those people that claimed Night Wander is releasing as part of SV6.5 are wrong, which means that Night Wander and Stellar Miracle will make up our SV7.
I really hope Nintendo Switch successor brings back 3D graphics and camera like the 3DS had. I truly miss them. Otherwise I don't see the point of having a successor.
