Is this a legit site? I would like to buy some of the single cards and packs also they have a whole lot of Japanese stuff that's kinda hard to find such as plushies and figures.

He's bought lots from me in the past so I'm guessing he's not in the take and run or counterfeit business.

Toywiz is known to buy from ebay sellers pretty frequently. I know they buy from me a whole lot. I've never had issues with them, but I've never actually ordered from them.
