Introduction

Ok, this game originally started out as Amethyst, but then I found out Wichu had a game of the same name. Therefore, I changed the name =\. The game eventually died because all of my staff quit, the ones who stayed didn't do anything, and the game was unsuccessful. But during the time I had lots of people helping, the game was a HUGE success! I have RPG Maker XP, and will make the game with it. All I need are some spriters who can scratch fakemon sprites, overworld sprites/larger sprites of trainers, and possible some other stuff. I also need storyline/plot writers to help out with the plot, peoples' lines of what they say in the game, etc. I hope to get Paper PokeMaster to help me a bit with RMXP because he's smart with RPG ^^. I will PM some of my old staff to come back, and recruit some more here. I also am going to need some suggestions for a new forum.

(evil team) There is 1 evil team, and their name is Team Shadow. They could be the possessors Darkrai, and use him to fight off others.

(main legendary pokemon) Cresselia

(town 1, Barkleaf Town) 3 houses, yours, rival, and Prof. Redwood's assistant.

(route 1) A path, wild grass, ledge, and a tree. Prof.'s assistant is in a tree trying to escape a wild pokemon attacking. Rival tries to help, but can't, and he too gets in tree. Rival's mom says that he ran off saying he had to save somebody. You see what's happening, and you take a pokemon from the briefcase to fight off pokemon. Prof shows up and lets you keep it. Other 2 get theirs as well.

May I be a Storyline Maker? I'm a very good writer(IMO). I can also do a little spirting, but I write better.

Yes, and I havn't made a game like this, but something very close to it. I also writen a number of storys and play in the Eeveelution RPG.(I make plots and such there.) This is what someone wrote about me.

Pretty much, it's kinda the same as D&P/Platinum. I've finished the background, I'll probably put AMU on it.

I can do Spriting/Map Making/RPG. The RPG will honestly depend on the time I have on my hands when needed to help with that. Spriting I can do easily and Map Making if I can find the supplies again. xD

I am deciding to put Cresselia on the cover, but can't find any good images to fit. I might ask Xous if he has/can make one ^_^

Sure, could I see an example please? I'll add you anyway. If I get a lot of spriters then we might be able to get some custom buildings etc.

I need a name for the character's home town, and maybe a sketch of it too.

***ATTENTION STORYLINE PEOPLE***

Come up with some ideas for town/city names, a name for the region (kanto, hoenn, etc), the character's name, etc.

That's a good suggestion.

Yes, but just like for in general. Red, Ash, Brock, Dawn, etc. Like if you picked the Boy, the Girl is Dawn. If vice-versa, it's Brandon.

Thanks. It's actually a real region in Japan, like Kanto.

As for the names... how about Amy for the girl, Vincent for the boy?
