Hello everyone! I'm not quite sure if this is very well known or not, but I don't think it is ;). Anyway, here's the combo: You put Pachirisu on the bench, and activate Self-Regeneration. Then, you move the energy to Raichu with Voltage Increase. Then, you can attach your energy for the turn and use Mega Thunderbolt. Finally, I've found another card that works well in the combo: Manectric G (Supreme Victors).

With Energy Absorption, you can attach the energy from the discard pile to Manectric G, then move the energy to Raichu on your next turn!
 
Energy Returner from Unleashed would work much better than Manectric G. Though the card itself isn't exactly searchable (apart from Twins and Drawer+) it wouldn't require you to waste a turn attacking to get energy back onto Raichu prime.

Bronzong SF would also work with providing you with a constant energy flow into your hand for Pachirisu CL. Only problems with this deck are the fact that this deck is super realiant of you constantly having 3 energy minimum in your hand as well as Seeker/SSU to re-use Pachirisu CL which just will not happen every single game useless you dedicate 8 spaces for 4 Seekers/SSU which is alot of space, which is why i gave
 
Manectric G isn't great. I'd say no, since it's an attack.
IQ and Seeker/SSU are musts. As is VS Seeker. This deck can work alright when played well, but won't be winning any major tournaments anytime soon.
 
ELECTRODE PRIME, MOST DEFINITELY.

I think because Manectric G takes up a turn, it's not as good as Pachirisu. That's why Pachi's so G'G. You can also donk with Pachirisu lol.

Bronzong SF has already been mentioned. Energy Returner was not one I noticed. Interesting.

Rayquaza LA has a flippy PokePower. If heads, you can attach a Lightning or Fire Energy from your Discard pile back onto Rayquaza. Couple that with Raichu Prime's PokePower and ta-da!

Magnezone SF (Lightning Type) + Prime Engine? Like Typhlosion Prime, but you have Draw Power built in!

Absol+Gallade posted a decklist for this before (few months back, before TM came out). I'm sure if you look around you can find it; very good deck list.
