Mewtwo. Lost power after the mulligan rule was altered. But still... 1 Mewtwo, 59 Psy energies. The probablility of getting the Mewtwo is 7/60, which is about 11% of the time. The mulligan rule used to be that you had to draw two cards. Now it's may draw one card.
 
Even though its unlimited and Flygon EX is not, I still like him a lot.
