Calm Mind + Stored Power is Mega Latias' main niche in OU at the moment. Tailwind isn't as useful in singles as in doubles:
    -Calm Mind
    -Stored Power
    -Thunderbolt/Surf
    -Recover
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Latiasite

As Therian Landorus is using Stealth Rock, it might not be a bad idea for Ferrothorn to run Spikes:
    -Spikes
    -Leech Seed
    -Power Whip
    -Gyro Ball/Protect/Knock Off
    Nature: Sassy/Careful/Relaxed/Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/48 Def/208 SDef or 252 HP/88 Def/168 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Rocky Helmet

Choice Band Tyranitar is an incredible wallbreaker; you already have Therian Landorus and Latias as Ground switch ins:
    -Stone Edge
    -Crunch
    -Pursuit
    -Earthquake/Fire Punch
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 76 HP/252 Atk/180 Spe
    Item: Choice Band
    Ability: Sand Stream

Your current Tapu Fini set is better in doubles. As a special Water attacker, it's outclassed by both versions of Greninja and Keldeo:

    Greninja:
    -Hydro Pump
    -Dark Pulse/Hidden Power (Fire)
    -Ice Beam/Gunk Shot
    -Extrasensory
    Nature: Naive
    EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Expert Belt
    Ability: Protean

    or
    -Rock Slide/Gunk Shot
    -U-turn
    -Ice Beam
    -Spikes/Low Kick
    Nature: Naive
    EVs: 176 Atk/80 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf
    Ability: Protean

    or
    -Hydro Pump
    -Dark Pulse
    -Water Shuriken
    -Spikes
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Specs/Waterium Z
    Ability: Battle Bond

The best Tapu Fini can do here is a stallbreaker:
    -Scald/Defog
    -Moonblast
    -Nature's Madness
    -Taunt
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

Articuno is flat-out terrible in competitive play because of its shallow movepool. While Volcarona also has a 4x Rock weakness, it's one of the most threatening Z move users:
    -Quiver Dance
    -Bug Buzz
    -Fire Blast
    -Psychic/Hidden Power (Ground)
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Buginium Z/Psychium Z
    Ability: Flame Body

    or
    -Substitute
    -Quiver Dance
    -Bug Buzz
    -Fire Blast
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Buginium Z
    Ability: Swarm

You called it an ou team but your team is designed for vgc18 doubles (So real competitive battling) might want to update that
