What happens if Mount Lanakila is in play and a basic Pokemon has a Float Stone attached? Does it have to pay a retreat cost of [C] or it can retreat for free?
Mount Lanakila: The Retreat Cost of each Basic Pokémon in play (both yours and your opponent's) is [C] more.
Float Stone: The Pokémon this card is attached to has no Retreat Cost.
I would think that it still retreats for free, but I'm not completely sure...
