Discussion Miscut Gardevoir Ex

Recently, my brother was trading Pokemon cards with a friend. I saw that his friend had a Gardevoir Ex that appeared to be miscut or offcentered. I convinced my brother to trade for it because I thought it might be valuable. The card looks and feels real and apparently came from a tin being sold at GameStop. Could anyone offer their thoughts on this card? Eg. Price, Real or not, Rarity.

Looks real, its funny that there is most likely a Primal Kyogre on it (the bottom Its a cool card. Rarity is probably above a rainbow lele xD

It looks cool, but not in use for Tournament play unfortunately. I'm actually trying to collect miscuts for my collection

It is also most likely pretty rare. Don't count on it, though. I could just be a kid running around, giving out random information to random strangers on a random Pokemon website I found. Woah, specific.
