Strategy: Set up with uxie uxie x and spiritomb. Heatran x is to get both energies back to magnezone x. Prime for draw power, SF5 for magnetic search to help with setup, SF6 to help re-attach energy.
 
Heatran would work better in a fire deck. Why not try using fisherman?

Heatran allows magnezone x to do 80 (100 with belt) and paralyzed every turn. And fisherman doesnt help here because the energies go back to your hand not back to the Pokemon
 
Heatran is not needed in here. The SF magnezone with Super Conductivity is all you need for energy accel.
That being said, you actually dont really need DCE either.

You have too many random cards. Why only 1 collector? You need this card for T1 set up. With only 1 in your list you will never draw it.
