I've made a few minor updates in my initial post, but now I figure it's time for a new wave of fakes!

Pokemon

Milotic (Prism Star), HP 140, Type [W]
Basic Pokemon

Ability: Aquatic Grace
When this Pokemon is played from your hand onto your bench
during your turn, you may search your deck for a Pokemon
that evolves from one of your Stage 1 Pokemon in play and play
it onto that Pokemon. Shuffle your deck afterwards.

[C][C] Dragon Tail: 60 damage
Switch 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokemon with his or her
Active Pokemon.

Weakness: [G], Resistance: none, Retreat cost: 2

Latios, HP 110, Type [P]
Basic Pokemon

[P] Mind Blast: 20x damage
This attack does 20 damage for each of your opponent's benched
Pokemon.

[P][P] Soul of the Eons: 200 damage
If you do not have a Soul Dew card attached to this Pokemon,
this attack does nothing.

Weakness: [D], Resistance: none, Retreat cost: 1

Latias, HP 110, Type [P]
Basic Pokemon

[P] Mind Link: 20+ damage
This attack does 10 more damage for each of your benched
Pokemon.

[P][P] Heart of the Eons
This attack does 50 damage to each of your opponent's Pokemon.
If you do not have a Soul Dew card attached to this Pokemon,
this attack does nothing.

Weakness: [D], Resistance: none, Retreat cost: 1

Trainers

Dreamyard:
Once during either player's turn, that player may shuffle their hand into their
deck and draw 6 cards. If they do, their turn ends.

Soul Dew (Prism Star) (Pokemon Tool):
This card may only be attached to a [P] Pokemon.

While it is attached to a [P] Pokemon, the attacks of that Pokemon cost [C] less.

This card cannot be removed from a Pokemon by the effects of your opponent's
Trainer cards.

C-Gear:
Look at the top 5 cards of your deck. If you find an Energy or Supporter card there,
reveal it and put it into your hand. Shuffle the remaining cards into your deck.

Fennel:
You may search your deck for an Trainer card, reveal it and put it into your hand.
Shuffle your deck afterwards. If the revealed card is a C-Gear or Dreamyard card,
draw 2 cards.
