Wow, don't evolve this from your Magikarp ex. Conflicting Energy types forces you to use Holon's Pokémon to cover the R/L cost or just use multiple basic Energy just to cover Magikarp ex's and Gyarados ex's attacks.

Wording on...

...the body: "If Gyarados ex was evolved from Magikarp ex, Gyarados ex gets +20 HP."

...the first move: Looks good. (Your "30+" is a little too far left. Line up the 0 in 30 with the 0 in 110 in the second move. Also you do realize that making Gyarados ex δ attack himself for 20 damage gets doubled because of his self-weakness, right? And since there is a damage cap, you're discarding all for a maximum of 90, which loses effectiveness after a whopping 30 damage on him.)

Andyman - The equation is this:

30 + (20 * number of damage counters) = base damage

So the plus is correct.
