Honestly though, Rhyperior looks decent - not amazing - but decent. The Ability, used multiple times throughout the game, will be annoying. It all depends on the partner you run it with though.

It seems too slow for a mill deck. A powerful attack but not attacking every other turn hurts it. Could combo with float stone to switch to another attacker-Lycanroc or Zygarde maybe?

This wouldn't be bad at all if the new Rhydon ends up being a decent attacker. That way, using Devolution Spray wouldn't be much of a problem.

It d to be Rock Wrecker I think like only it and Crustle get the move, p,us the effect says it can't attack the next turn, which is what rock wrecker does

Actually, it's a direct update to a previous Rhyperior.

Incidentally, I think that Rhyhorn may have my favourite art of any card. Certainly my favourite in a while at any rate. Not sure why, but I like it a lot. Maybe we just don't get enough happy Rhyhorn.
