I'm new to the concept of shiny hunting. New to the video game in general. I've looked everywhere for my answer about RE shiny hunting in White, but it comes up empty compared to everything else, even W2. What exactly are the dos and dont's for shiny hunting with RE? I've got all the time in the world to do it, so going about it with RE is not that big of a deal, and I prefer it for this project. What breaks the RE "chain"? Does fleeing from battles cause this? I read somewhere that just simply saving the game resets the RE cycle (not saving and turning it off, just simply saving it. How true is this). Does trying to evolve reset everything in the counter? I'm not trying to do the Masuda Method right now, and I can't trade at. I need answers if you got 'em! Thanks.
