What if you have 2 Latias EX d with Fellow BOOST in your bench, can you put 2 energies then on your latios/latias/latios ex/latias ex etc? before you end your turn?

First Fellow boost- attach energy, turn ends.
That's pretty clear to me. You can't stuff both effects together so that you can end your turn twice. In the same turn. The order is set.

Yep, when you use a Power, you resolve all effects of that power before moving on. The last effect of that Fellow Boost is to end your turn, so you would be unable to activate a second Fellow Boost.
as mentioned before, your turn ends, so you can't use the power again.
the way to use it, IMO, is to make a T2 90 damage by comboing with himself... after that, you could try to put down some Holon Circles so that you can attach NRGs while avoiding hits from your opponent. Tech in 1 Latios ex d for free retreat and prevent ex damage, and 1 Latios HP with Dual aura to stop evolved bodies. It may also be possible to combo with Swampert ex (whose power also ends your turn, but loads you with 3 NRGs) to quickly get ready for the next big hit.
