think about it bills maitnence is just as good as tv reporter but no one seems to use it

But sometimes, poeple want to discard a card, just like in Inferncatty, the deck is measnt for discarding and attacking big with Delcatty Ex and Infernape lv.X.

Not to mention, its better to draw first and ditch a card later rather as the other way around.

Besides, there's this new card called Proffesor Oak's Visit. It's an improved Bill's Maintainance.

Bill's *was* underrated in the DX-DP1 format. Now, like Lou said, POR is much better and Bill's is just sub par.
