thats not an error

That Raichu from Arceus really do have the Pre-Release stamp as it is a pre-release card

I don't think there is any more misprint card that is more high value then those 20 Raichus from Base Set with PreRelease stamp

Pokegym called that raichu "Error Raichu", so i thought it was that.
