Strategy
Either Gastly or Gallade make for respectable starts, if I start Gastly then normally I will Pitch Dark, unless I have a Call Energy and I feel that it would be beneficial for me to Call in its place. With Gallade I have to hope for a Call, but just a Psychic Energy works. On my second turn I will try for a Gengar, or a Gallade Lv.X. With Gengar I can begin to Snipe, after benching a Gallade. With Gallade Lv.X I will try to attach a second energy and Chop up for some extra Spread. After the first couple of turns, the two strategies become the same one, I use Gengar SF to pick off Uxie/Mesprit/Azelf in combination with Gallade's spread. Then, when I am ready I can retreat the Gengar, Level up to Gallade for some spread, Poketurn, send up another Gallade, rinse and repeat. That will normally net me a 20-30 spread which puts Claydol, Crobat, Skuntank, and others within range for a Shadow Room KO. I normally do not focus heavily on the Lv.X until late game, and by then Gallade normally has provided a decent 30 spread. From there I can finish charging the Lv.X, and end the game with the spread.

Isn't it obvious that it comes down to uber spread?
Id personally swap 1 Bebe's and 1 Uxie Lv X for OR 1 BTS, OR 2 Miasma Valley. Otherwise solid list!

RE: Gengar/Gallade
You might want to consider a 1-1 Dialga G Lv.X to counter Nidoqueen. You might also want to fit in 1-2 Energy gain and maybe some rainbow energy so you could attack with DGX of Gallade.

RE: Gengar/Gallade
instead of the 1-1 uxie lv X you should try dusknoir DP.
imo its a better tech for nidoqueen than Dialga G lv X because you can make your opponent waste their search cards to get it out then just have them shuffle it away. they might not even bother playing it again after you do it once, plus you can use it to shuffle away their claydols/main attacker/ etc.

RE: Gengar/Gallade
right now the only galactic trainer you have to search out with cyrus' is the poketurns which is... odd. i dunno, i think i would run at least one sp radar or energy gain.
uxie lvl x looks like more trouble than it is worth. it's not there to fight and it's problematic to get back to the bench.
just to completely contradict my own advice you are going to have problems with opposing spiritomb starts.
