Random, yet strangely successful OU Shoddy team
This team has no theme or strategy, just random Pokemon in their roles, but like the title implies, performs surprisingly well.

Leader:
Crobat @ Black Sludge
+ Spe, -SpA, Inner Focus
252 Spe, 252 Atk, 6 HP

Brave Bird
Taunt
Roost
U-Turn

Right out of Smogon, this is a great leader. It is capable of doing great damage with Brave Bird early and late game, as well as escaping while leaving a mark with U-Turn. This Crobat also has the ultimate countering power against Stealth Rock, Trick Room, Light Screen, and other strategies.

Special Sweeper:
Jolteon @ Life Orb
+Spe, -Atk, Volt Absorb
252 Spe, 252 SpA, 6 Def

Thunderbolt
Shadow Ball
Signal Beam/Substitute
Baton Pass

This Jolteon has the capability to 2HKO any Pokemon (except perhaps Blissey or Deoxys D) without resistance to Thunderbolt, and 1HKO many in general, with its wide spread of special attacks. Baton Pass allows second switch when switching in to, say, Gyarados, and Sub-passing if it has Substitute.

Mixed Sweeper:
Azelf @ Choice Scarf
+Spe, -Def, Levitate
252 SpA, 252 Atk, 6 Def

Explosion
Ice Punch
Thunderbolt
Psychic

Pretty simple; made for OHKO's.

Physical Sweeper:
Absol @ Scope Lens
+Atk, -Def, Superluck
252 Atk, 252 Spe, 6 Def

Night Slash
Stone Edge
Psycho Cut
Sucker Punch

My version of Haxsol, though it isn't that unique. I tried Thunder Wave instead of Sucker Punch, but it didn't perform.

Physical Wall/Phazer:
Steelix @ Leftovers
+Def, -Spe, Sturdy
252 Def, 252 HP, 6 SpD

Roar
Stealth Rock
Gyro Ball
Earthquake

Gyro Ball and Earthquake hurt Rock and Steel types like Metagross; Roar and Stealth Rock help screw up strategies like Baton Pass.

Random Addition:
Togekiss @ King's Rock
+SpA, -Atk, Serene Grace
252 SpA, 252 Spe, 6 HP

Aura Sphere
Ominous/Silver Wind
Ancientpower
Air Slash

Just exploiting Serene Grace, hoping for the all-stat buff from the Winds and Ancientpower, as well as flinches from Air Slash.

Altogether, it doesn't seem that great, but it wins games just randomly. Thanks in advance for any and all rates/advice.

Something to consider is HP [Ice], considering most things that get hit by Shadow Ball (Azelf, Gengar) gets hit by Thunderbolt pretty badly. Although, I might want to add that it's not completely necessary.

I'm curious about Ice Punch, made for Dragons? If so, I would remove Ice Punch for HP [Fighting] to give you a chance against Tyranitar and the like. Flamethrower is also an option for Scizor aiming to U-turn for scouting. Again, up to preference.

Since you've got AncientPower, what's with Ominous/Silver Wind? Tri Attack, Shadow Ball, Flamethrower - all good options.
