Is there a way to get a message on the screen when you get a PM to see who sent it and what the subject was?

User CP -> Edit Options -> Alert me with a notice when I receive a Private Message.

That should work, and I have it checked, but the boxes haven't popped up for me since the forum was upgraded to myBB 1.4. Or maybe it's just that the new version and IE8 aren't compatible? I don't use Firefox for surfing PokeBeach forums.

I'm finally confused. In the Article Submissions section, what is a Glorified Decklist? I've heard things like a description of just one variant of a deck, but is that true? Just wondering, since I never really got that term.

A glorified decklist is basically an article that shows a decklist, then very, very brief explanations on the cards individually, or just a very short explanation on the decklist itself, and therefore isn't considered a full article.

So like say I made an article on Gliscor, and I only gave a paragraph+decklist. No matchups, no T/S/ST, not techs, and nothing else. Is that a Glorified Decklist? (Not that I'm doing it, BTW.)

Basically. Like I said, a glorified decklist is a decklist with a brief explanation. Nothing else really. If you did that, then yes, it would be a glorified decklist.

Not trying to be rude or anything, but I think it would be benificial if this was announced (maybe it is and I don't know, but.) because I freaked out when I couldn't find my thread, and others might get worried as well.
