The Plan..
Start off with duskull or smoochum either one don't care and start eating away with them with damage counters turn 2 with double rainbow then If i see special energy thats what Er2 Is for and duskulls energy removal attack then later at the end of the game own um with the pokemon in my discard pile or their special energy is thiers plan and simple, also nice and quick.

Why you don't have a magnemite in your deck?
You must have the magnemite to evolve into magneton!

Thy're holons magneton, you don't have to evolve them, they count as double rainbow energy as well

Anyways, try adding in a holon wp for sure, this deck could really use it
Trainers seems to be alright, use curse powder in stead of the prof birch's
throw out the heal energy and the energy removals 2s replace with 2 3 holon wp and 3 water energy

Another idea is using gengar LM and a dusclops ex in stead of banette line and jynx line

Jynx with Double Rainbow is pretty nasty. Second turn, you can already be placing damage counters. I'm surprised you don't have Wobuffet (and Wynaut?) in there as well, since it a very strong card that places damage counters. If you set it up second turn with a Cursed Powder and your opponent isn't able to retreat, they'll take 70 damage. If they KO it, they will take 100 damage. Since you can evolve immediately from Wynaut or Smoochum (even on the first turn of the game!), Dual Ball, Holon Mentor, or Lanette's Net Search would work pretty well with them.

Your deck SCREAMS for Holon WP Energy. It is the best of the Holon Energies; free retreat with a Psychic Energy and/or Crystal Body with a Water Energy. Only works with basic energies, though.

This actually brings up another important point. If your opponent plays Holon WP Energy with a Water, you will not be able to use attacks against them that place counters. You can still attack the bench with Jynx, you just can't attack the monsters that have a Holon WP attached. Espeon-ex is a good card for this deck, since it can also hit the bench and also renders your opponents' Rare Candies useless. It is also very strong when your opponent has a Stadium card, PokéTools, or Fossils in play.

My last suggestion is Banette-ex. It can move damage counters around and do decent damage later on in the game. It doesn't have much HP, but you will probably still be able to get at least 2 prizes before it is KOed (probably more if you use its Power). 90 damage will kill most Stage I monsters; just leave Stage II's for your other attackers.

guy's thanks for the ideas i really wish i had a banette ex i really do i would use it but since i don't i use just banette and plus gengar i did consider but no thanks my main foucs was to get 7 cards in my hand by turn 2 then rape with powerfull hand on dusklops, But if that dosent work i use jinx insted of him then load some of them up[ with holons magneton so when the die thats 3 pokemon to the discard pile and makes banette potentianly faster to come out. I don't want to remove the Er2 because if makes it so i can remove the special energy cards then rape the opponet easier with banette, But yes if enyone has banette Ex PLEASE let me know ill trade w/e i got for it even if it means going over the edge for it and Holons wp energy (i have none) and yes ill send first if the deal sounds fishy.

I'm not a fan of decks that run on putting damage counters since anything that prevents effects > this deck. With an active Venomoth with a Grass and a React attached, a Benched Sceptile, and a Benched Roselia with a React attached, you can never touch me. I drop a Strength Charm and OHKO Jynx. There goes the only threat, good game.

Since you took Claydol out of that deck, you no longer have any need for Magnetic Storm. Take it out and put in 2 ATM Steel. No one ever uses that.
