Pokemon What would happen if Pokémon were the dominant species in the world?

RE: What would happen if Pokemon were the dominant species in the world? Allow me to present to you the dodo, several species of tiger, the thylacine, and others! All killed to extinction or extinction in the wild due to overhunting for sport, or by destroying habitats. Humans' stint as the...

    Pokemon "Unpopular" Pokémon You Like?

RE: Do you like any unpopular Pokémon? It exists, as the games have said, just not every pokemon was developed naturally, Like the Voltorb and Porygon lines, the Foongus line could be yet another Vizzerdrix in the universe, but I exected the Dex to have said something if that were the case...

    Pokemon "Unpopular" Pokémon You Like?

RE: Do you like any unpopular Pokémon? I like Scolipede a lot. In my friend circles, the pinkish purple isopod is really unpopular, but it reminds me of a Behir crossed with a centipede. I haven't decided whether I like Amoongus yet. I love puns, and he looks really interesting, but I am...

    XY Pokémon X / Y: Tips & Tricks!

I too successfully "Thief" Heart Scales regardless of gender match-ups. Some Luvdiscs don't have the item, and some do. That's really all there is to it.

Pokemon What would happen if Pokémon were the dominant species in the world?

RE: What would happen if Pokemon were the dominant species in the world. Pokemon as a whole are not one species At the very least they are a Kingdom of organisms, maybe more than one. And like any ecosystem, different Pokemon compete for resources and survival,.some species of Pokemon prey on...

Pokemon New Detective Pokémon Game for 2015 Release

RE: New Detective Pokemon Game for 2015 Release I'd prefer something else over Eevee, but I find Eevee preferred over Pikachu. It definitely has name and brand recognition.

Create A New Status Condition For the Pokémon Video Games

I really like the idea of the lazy status, but I'm left wondering how you'd fix it. Is it fixed next battle? Would there be an NPC to fix it? Mom would be a good candidate if that's the case.

XY Pokémon That Don't Learn Attacks That Fit Them - Why Should They Learn Them?

RE: Pokémon That Don't Learn Attacks That Fit Them - Generation 6 Update It's not about the size or length of the beak. I maintain that any beak that curves sharply down cannot be proficiently used as a drill. Also, some Pokemon may not have the ability to corkscrew so tightly or quickly like...

    Pokemon Design vs. Stats

Does Helioptile? It's a logical fallacy to assume that because it basks it should be able to subsequently release that solar energy in a beam.

XY Pokémon VG General Discussion - Locked: Please Create A New Topic For Anything You'd Like To Discuss

RE: Pokémon X / Y General Discussion - Don't Post Topics That Have Their Own Thread! I think Karate Chop might fall under the list of punching moves now. I had a Pancham with Iron Fist (it's evolved now), and I was battling in the Chateau. On the first turn against an Audino, my Pancham used...

XY Ideas for Future Pokémon Generations

Even if you don't breed it yourself. You can't send an egg in a Wonder Trade, so odds are if you're accepting a regular trade with someone, you have a good idea what the egg might contain. There's always a chance your trading partner is a jerk, but that's an experience to learn from, and you're...

XY Pokémon That Don't Learn Attacks That Fit Them - Why Should They Learn Them?

RE: Pokémon That Don't Learn Attacks That Fit Them - Generation 6 Update Just because something doesn't have the airborne maneuverability to barrel roll fast enough to use its beak as a drill doesn't mean it can't peck...

XY Pokémon That Don't Learn Attacks That Fit Them - Why Should They Learn Them?

RE: Pokémon That Don't Learn Attacks That Fit Them - Generation 6 Update I take it you haven't been pecked by a bird of prey then? I have. In wasn't my finest foray into animal care. The curve in the beak doesn't make it impossible to peck.

Create A New Status Condition For the Pokémon Video Games

RE: Create A New Status Condition I'm pretty sure this isn't about TCG conditions, DNA, but rather the GameFreak games, which would be why Frozen wasn't mentioned, I like the idea of a "Scared" or "Panicked" condition with the effect of the Pokemon taking it's own initiative, instead of...

XY Shiny Pokémon Mechanics: Less Rare in X / Y

    Pokemon Design vs. Stats

Druddigon is a creature that spends its life running through caverns and tunnels according to the Dex. It's wings would be vestigial. It also kind of reminds me of a Galapagos marine iguana.

    Pokemon Design vs. Stats

Not all dragons fly. I present to you Kingdra, Druddigon, Haxorus and Goodra as fully evolved examples. Also, you missed the point. Flying types don't have a monopoly on flight, and it isn't just Golurk as an exception. There are three Pokemon I listed without any secondary typing that were...

XY Pokémon Playthrough Questions & Answers

RE: Pokémon X / Y : Playthrough Questions & Answers I think the idea is the Geodude Self-Destructed. Which is unfortunate, It's not perfect, but kamikaze can be mitigated using the sleep, frozen or paralysis status, and the attracted and confused conditions.
