M Gardevoir EX is dead... but yes Gardevoir GX weakness is really really bad for the card. This and the GX should've been grass type in my opinion.

It might have a fun PTCGO deck with Alolan Dugtrio and Mount L, but for the most part i culd see it as a possible metagross tech for Volcanion, and a Solgaleo tech for Volcanion. outside of that it is deliciously mediocre. I do agree though that none of the Ultra Beasts are "bad". most of them...

I think Celesteela could be very good in Solgaleo, who is way more susceptible to fire attackers, and since Solgale uses DCE shouldnt be as hard to power Celesteela up. Might require Dhelmise or Alolan Dugtrio to be good
