    Ruling Rampardos and Expert Belt

    Hello, Anyone knows what happens if I have an Expert Belt attached to my Rampardos and knocks a Pokémon out with Head Smash. Does Rampardos do 60 damage to itself instead of 40? And I'm assuming wether it does or doesn't the same applies to Plus Power?
