News September's SM4 Set: 'The Awoken Hero' and 'The Transdimensional Beast'

Octillery could work well with counter energy to get off a quick 150 damage in 1 turn with choice band.

News Japan's SM3 Sets for the 20th Movie Feature Ho-Oh and Necrozma!

No it doesn't but I mean if you have taken more prices than your opponent you may not want to N do reduce your hand and this card could be useful to replace maybe 1 N card in your deck.

Could be great and a better version of N if you are leading on prizes, depending on hand size

News 'Pokémon Ultra Sun' and 'Ultra Moon' Coming in November for the 3DS!

I don't think we will get them for ages considering SM4 is going to be the first set with Ultra beasts in general. Also we didn't get SM tcg till 3 months after release

News 'Pokémon Ultra Sun' and 'Ultra Moon' Coming in November for the 3DS!

The ability to merge I think means he is not an ultra beast as the zekrom/ reshiram merge with kyurem when they were all legendaries. The name ultra sun and ultra moon makes me think he is an ultra beast. Unless there is a different way of merging (legendary with ultra beast) than used in B&W2...

News 'Pokémon Ultra Sun' and 'Ultra Moon' Coming in November for the 3DS!

Yeah although B&W2 did introduce new routes and towns and you started on a whole new part of unova, it wasn't just the same game with black and white kyurem added. There was 8 all new gyms etc and in my opinion it worked well as a kind of sequel to B&W

News Japan's SM3 Sets for the 20th Movie Feature Ho-Oh and Necrozma!

Yeah I'm not a fan of the amount of secret rares. I'd say maximum 2 per set and shouldn't have made a hyper/ rainbow rare for every single GX maybe couldn't have just done them for the set cover Pokémon like the tapus from my guardians rising. Having one for every GX just means there's way too...

News Japan's SM3 Sets for the 20th Movie Feature Ho-Oh and Necrozma!

Oh right, that means you could still use it with ho oh GX but the chances of pulling that off at a prerelease is unreal. Unless they add Salandit and Salazzle in the 22 card evolution pack but I highly doubt it.

Yeah thanks, I thought it wouldn't work I was just curios as to maybe when you play the attack searching the discard for Pokemon classes them as in play.

News Japan's SM3 Sets for the 20th Movie Feature Ho-Oh and Necrozma!

Good point. So when you evolve from your hand during your turn it will be separate from the attack which then evolved the Pokemon that you could have just evolved. But yeah you're right we need to wait for the translation, this could potentially be a very viable card in stage 2 decks. Could even...

News Japan's SM3 Sets for the 20th Movie Feature Ho-Oh and Necrozma!

I'm pretty sure when it says on the card "this counts as evolving that Pokemon" that it means the sparkling prayer counts as your evolution for that turn so you can't evolve that Pokemon again on the same turn.

News Japan's SM3 Sets for the 20th Movie Feature Ho-Oh and Necrozma!

It requires a fairy energy just because if it was colourless this card would be too good and could be used in any evolution deck without suffering from adding a different energy type.

Seems ok, could be really good at prerelease if you pulled a stage 1 GX such as Salazzle for example.

Although you can use stand in zoroark or something to change the active each turn and keep using the 120 damage right?
